May The 4th Be With You on star wars day

I remember the days where mentioning you was a star wars fan you had to prepare fight a bully who overheard the conversation thinking you was a geek and can't handle yourself in a fight (but that's a different blog). Now like Comic book heroes, it's the staple of pop culture especially in the world we live in where everyone is building a universe like Marvel and people are heading to Comic cons more than we go to church during the holidays!

I have a love hate relationship with Star Wars (much like everything else in the entertainment industry). Coming from the church, they will tell you Star Wars is satanic and the force is black magic. Go to some African/Conscious brother talking on the street corners of Harlem or Jamaica Avenue and you'll hear that the black man was the original Jedi (known as Dedi or Djedi depending who you ask) but I can tell you I've been programmed from jump street to watch Star Wars. 

Growing Up, my mother bought me the video games, which lead me to buying novelizations, which lead to me looking for the movies. 20 years later, here I am.
