We're all afraid of waste

Wasting time, money, energy, it's to the point where we quickly downplay and ignore things that are presented as "opportunities" because simply we dont have the time, money or energy for it. Not even thinking about the possibilities that come with it because in reality, its just a mindset that needs changing. If we really want to do it, we could but we tell ourselves I don't have time, I don't have the energy or its not in the budget. I used to be the same way until I realize I was becoming to close minded and not thinking about the bigger picture until David convinced me to get into real estate.  During our last renovation (link below)David's partner George wanted to add another door in the bathroom. At first he was against it, it was not in the budget but then he thought about it. What if this could be a major selling point? He knew he didn't have much now but if he put everything in now, he can make twice as much back and still take care of his responsibility (like paying his employees). So we did it and you know what? It what the best decision ever! You never know what could happen if you just keep your mind open and work towards the possibilities.
