Sicario 2: Days of Solado

So last night I saw #sicario #sicariodayofthesoldado and to be honest, I don’t think I was ready for this. The first film was an epic crime thriller. There was very little action but a whole lot of violence. It was a film about being tough in a grimy environment. I loved the first film so much, I had to see the sequel in theaters (saw the first film on amazon prime years ago).. when I say these guys did something else with the project.. they completely went somewhere else. The story is great, the direction is great but the movie is all set up and no punch. They try to keep up with the pacing of the first film and it’s not even needed this time around because they went full expendables with this story. I did like the film. If you’re looking for films about old tough men, government false flag operations or movies about the cartel. You would like this. I would of enjoyed it more if it wasn’t for the group of idiots trying to smoke weed in the theater. Hot box in the car like everybody else □.
