Equity Trading Plan

I know sometimes you may not have the cash on hand to afford a slick, professionally produced video. You just need a trailer to sell the film. A music video to help sell the album or single. A commercial to help promote your app or sell your products. Well, I am accepting equity in young businesses and if you meet my requirements, I will wave my fees, come on board your project as Producer, Creative Director or Head of marketing and negotiate a percentage, equity or revenue share.
